    1. Not a very good read. The book was written before the trials so you don't know the outcome or the motive. The writing was poor. Many parts were repeated over and over again as though more than one person was writing the book and they all needed to point out the same details. I feel the book overly tried to gain the readers sympathy for the victims. In general, I think you need to go out of your way to remove sympathy for victims. Not the other way around. It is clear they were very good people. [...]

    2. I was a little disappointed with this book. There was tons of background on the victims. More then is usually put into a true crime bookd there wasn't much mentioned about the actual crime. Yes, we heard what happened to the victims-how they died and what was used but that was about it.As for the suspects-there was nothing about them commiting the crime or why or even how they were connected to the victims or if it was random.Very disappointed by the lack of info. about the actual crime itself.

    3. Book was an ok read. Very detailed and interesting. Author brings victims to life and shares their story. Not just another murder reported on the six o'clock news. Any true crime buff will enjoy this book.

    4. Happened up in N. Hampshire. It was all over the news for days, up to and through catching the two boys from Vermont who did it.
