    1. Can't figure out if I like this book because I actually like it, or because I'm a big fan of Halloween. Either way, all my children enjoyed it. The fun rhymes kept you guessing as to what was coming next and Wenzel's illustrations were beautiful and spooky. So much going on it the picture, it was a joy to read and look at. Great Halloween book!

    2. 38 months - this book would have appealed to O a lot more two Halloween's ago, around 16 months when she was signing a ton and just beginning to speak. At that age she would have loved to guess what was next using signs or words. I guess she's just a bit beyond this type of book as she really didn't enjoy it and as she would say "I don't want to help read".

    3. This is a guess who book where it gives a description on one page and the kids have to guess who is being described on the next. The only thing that I would say is that some of the pictures might be seen as a little scary (the ghost in particular). The illustrations are pretty realistic too.

    4. This is a Halloween themed guess book and it is a lot of fun. The rhymes are quite good. I really enjoyed this book. 3 and a half stars.

    5. This is another fab book which is a great one for the kids to join in with. I usually find halloween books wuite predictable and old-fashioned but these two really did it for me :)

    6. if i was brave enough to read a halloween book forwellhalloween, this would be one. great illustrations and repeating line of "i can" to involve the audience. alas.
